Accommodation

Hotel rooms in different categories have been reserved for Conference participants. It is advisable to reserve rooms as early as possible. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. No rooms can be reserved unless complete credit card details are provided to the Conference Secretariat. We cannot guarantee availability later than 30 days prior to the Conference. We will, however, make every effort to comply with your request.

The following prices are in Euro per room per night and include VAT (21%).

Crowne Plaza Vilnius 4*

The 4-star Crowne Plaza Vilnius is a 15-minute walk from the Old Town.

All rooms at Crowne Plaza Vilnius are spacious, classically furnished and include air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The Horizontas Restaurant which is located on the 16th floor has panoramic views of the city’s skyline and serves a selection of national dishes. For international dishes, guests can visit the Seasons restaurant, while the lobby bar offers a summer terrace and serves coffee, snacks and cocktails.

Credit Card Guarantee

The credit card information you provide regarding the accommodation will be used only to guarantee your room reservation. Payment for the accommodation is made directly to the hotel upon check-out. Free cancellation and the change of reservation is possible 45 days before the congress. If cancelled or changed later, the first night will be charged from your credit card. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Confirmation of Hotel Booking

The Hotel Booking will be confirmed by e-mail after we receive the credit card details. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are strongly recommended to contact the Conference Secretariat.
