On-line credit card payments are available if you register using an on-line registration form.

Onsite payments

Paying onsite, late fee will be applied regardless of when the registration was received.
Please note that the registration fees are applied according to the registration payment date.

Important! If you register as an Early Bird, the fee should reach the account no later than May 12, 2014.

 

Confirmation of Registration

The registration will be confirmed by e-mail after we receive the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Conference are strongly recommended to contact IVC 2014 Conference Secretariat by email ivc2014@viaconventus.com.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of registration fees and social programme:Cancellation of registration fees and social program:

• cancellation received before or on May 5, 2014 – a refund deducted with administrative fee of Eur 50 will be made
• cancellation received after May 5, 2014 – no refund will be made
• there will be no refunds for no-shows

All cancellations and/or changes in registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat (ivc2014@viaconventus.com).
