Onsite payments

Paying onsite, late fee will be applied regardless of when the registration was received.
Please note that the registration fees are applied according to the registration payment date.

Confirmation of Registration

The registration will be confirmed by e-mail after we receive the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Conference are strongly recommended to contact IVC 2014 Conference Secretariat by email


Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • cancellation received before or on May 5, 2014 – a refund deducted with administrative fee of Eur 50 will be made
  • cancellation received after May 5, 2014 – no refund will be made
  • there will be no refunds for no-shows
